We are now building Dovre Solutions’ operations in Sweden and are looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey from the start, in a role with opportunities both within the group and with external customers.
We support our customers throughout every stage of the construction process, from early feasibility studies and delivery through to handover, operations and decommissioning.

As a Project Manager, Construction Manager or Design Manager at Dovre Solutions, you will work with:
- Project management
- Design management
- Following up construction production as the client’s construction manager
- Investigations and assessments
- Work preparation, coordination meetings and quality work
- Bas-P and Bas-U responsibilities
- Construction inspections
- Procurement support
Requirements
We want you to thrive and succeed in the role. We are therefore looking for someone with:
- At least five years’ experience in the role, for example as a site manager, supervisor or equivalent
- Experience from industrial, energy, infrastructure or property projects
- A structured way of working
- Good collaboration skills
- A commercial mindset
- Curiosity about new ways of working, technology and the future of civil engineering
- At least a category B driving licence
It is an advantage if you also have experience of:
- Partnering or collaboration projects
- Design management
- You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
