Function
- Conducting studies and performing engineering design tasks.
- Offshore site surveys.
- Preparing technical enquiries for mechanical equipment.
- Following up suppliers and supplier documentation.
- Participating in meetings and providing input to reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum five years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with maintenance and modification projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with Equinor’s company-specific requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as the Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority’s regulations, NORSOK and ISO standards.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multidisciplinary understanding and strong collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach, including seeking advice from others and sharing relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a positive professional environment.
