NYAB promotes responsible business methods and fosters an ethical way of acting across the entire group. At Dovre Solutions, we take all illegal, unethical, or other actions that go against our guidelines seriously. We encourage you to bring these matters to our attention whenever there is a suspicion of misconduct.
It is crucial that employees, associates and other stakeholders raise concerns or suspicions regarding conduct that is not in line with applicable laws, internal policies, or our Code of Conduct. As a first step, we encourage you to contact a supervisor within the organization. However, if this is not an option, or if you do not feel comfortable doing so, concerns can be reported through the whistleblowing reporting channel.
When submitting a report, you may choose to provide your name and contact details, but the channel also allows you to report anonymously.
The whistleblowing reporting channel is provided by an external, independent service provider, Lexia Attorneys Ltd, and is administered jointly with the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of NYAB Group. All reports are investigated confidentially and in accordance with established procedures. Any actions resulting from a report are taken only after the investigation has been concluded. Access to information from the report and the investigation is strictly limited to those who need it to carry out the investigation.
