Our work is based on responsibility, a strong commercial focus, and a long-term perspective, in accordance with NYAB’s purpose of contributing to creating value for society.

Dovre Solutions’ consulting operations are primarily focused on strategic advisory, project management, and personnel. This means that our main sustainability impact arises from how we plan and execute our assignments, the requirements we set, and how we collaborate with and advise our clients and partners.

At the same time, we are also responsible for our own operations. This includes social aspects such as health, safety, and respect for human rights, as well as environmental impacts such as energy use and greenhouse gas emissions linked to our own activities.

Dovre Solutions’ operations follow the NYAB Group’s sustainability policy, as well as related Group policies. These documents provide guidance on how employees and stakeholders within the business, including the value chain, should act in matters relating to responsibility and sustainable development.

People and workplace

A safe and supportive work environment, combined with a healthy work–life balance, is essential for enabling our employees to deliver high-quality assignments. Dovre Solutions’ way of working is guided by established management systems, including ISO 9001 and, in parts of the business, ISO 45001, with a focus on quality, occupational health, and safety.

We strive to foster an inclusive workplace culture where equality, respect, and accountability are fundamental principles. Through clear roles, professional development, and ongoing dialogue, we create the conditions for high-quality delivery in our assignments and long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Business ethics and responsibility in the value chain

Dovre Solutions complies with the NYAB Group’s Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct. These two set out clear requirements regarding business ethics, human rights, working conditions, and zero tolerance for corruption. The requirements apply both to our own operations and to our collaborations with clients, partners, and suppliers.

There is also an option to report suspected misconduct through our whistleblowing function, which is available to both employees and external parties. Reports are handled in accordance with the Group’s Whistleblowing Policy.

Part of a larger context

As part of the NYAB Group, Dovre Solutions contributes to projects and assignments that support societal development in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Our sustainability work evolves gradually in line with the NYAB Group’s collective efforts, increasing reporting requirements, and more in-depth analysis of the impacts, risks, and opportunities related to our operations.
